RoomView ("RoomView," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at roomrankview.com and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). RoomView is a room-level transparency and pricing intelligence platform that helps hotel guests make informed booking decisions and helps hotel partners understand and optimize their room inventory.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or use the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2 Information We Collect

RoomView is designed to function without collecting personally identifiable information (PII) from general visitors. We do not require account registration to browse hotel listings, view room data, or access RoomRank scores. The information we collect falls into two categories:

Automatically Collected Usage Data

When you access the Platform, our servers and analytics tools automatically record certain technical and behavioral information, including:

• Browser type, version, and language settings
• Operating system and device type
• IP address (used to derive general geographic region; not stored in identifiable form beyond standard server logs)
• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and navigation paths through the Platform
• Referring URLs (the page you visited before arriving at our Platform)
• Date and time of access
• Search queries and filter selections made within the Platform

Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us through a form, via email, or sign up for early access, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry or to manage your early access request.

3 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Platform operation: To serve web pages, maintain site functionality, and ensure the Platform performs correctly across devices and browsers.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information to serve targeted advertising on third-party platforms.

Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify individuals may be shared or published without restriction, for example in industry research, platform performance reports, or marketing materials.

6 Data Security

We take the security of information seriously and implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS for all Platform communications
• Access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel with a legitimate need
• Regular review of data handling practices and infrastructure security configurations
• Scoped API credentials for hotel partner integrations, with the ability to rotate keys at any time

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses significant risk, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

7 Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Specific retention periods include:

• Web analytics data: Aggregated analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 26 months in accordance with our Analytics account configuration. Raw server log data is retained for a shorter period consistent with operational security needs.
• Contact and inquiry data: Information submitted via contact forms or email is retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, typically not exceeding 24 months unless an ongoing relationship warrants longer retention.
• Early access registrations: Information collected in connection with early access sign-ups is retained for the duration of the early access program and for a reasonable period following its conclusion.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a manner appropriate to its sensitivity.

8 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information. These may include:

10 Children's Privacy

The RoomView Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Platform or submit any personal information to us.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at RM@rtparmor.com.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform's features, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice such as a banner on the Platform homepage.
