A $600B Market Running on Incomplete Information
The global hotel industry processes billions of room bookings annually, with almost no room-level transparency available to the guest at the moment of purchase. Hotels have sold rooms as interchangeable inventory for generations: the same rate for a corner suite with panoramic views as for a ground-floor room next to the elevator shaft.
We built the first system to score individual hotel rooms on quality, view, floor position, noise exposure, and amenity proximity, and translate that score into pricing and booking intelligence for both travelers and hotels. Our proprietary RoomRank scoring engine, combined with View Value Pricing recommendations, creates a two-sided marketplace where travelers pay what rooms are actually worth.
RoomView is solving a $47B pricing problem that has existed since the birth of modern hospitality. We are first to market with the data infrastructure, the scoring methodology, and the revenue intelligence layer to do it at scale.

Product PreviewAn Investor-Friendly View of the Product in Seconds
This preview shows the core RoomView thesis in one glance: room-level quality can be scored, surfaced, and translated into pricing decisions that standard hotel systems miss.
Guests see meaningful differences between rooms before they book.
Hotels gain a simple revenue lens tied to actual room quality.
Investors can immediately understand how RoomRank connects to pricing intelligence.
A $600B Industry with $47B in Pricing Inefficiency
Annual revenue from hotel bookings worldwide, with room-level view data available on less than 1% of all listings.
Revenue lost annually because hotels cannot differentiate pricing at the individual room level. Our immediate target opportunity.
Nearly three-quarters of hotel guests have experienced a room with a view that didn't match their expectations at time of booking.
The Problem We Solve
Travelers book blind. Hotels price blind. Everyone loses.
Room 412 and Room 417 are sold at the same price. One faces a concrete wall. One has a floor-to-ceiling view of the city skyline. The guest has no way to know. The hotel has no system to charge differently. This is the problem we exist to solve.
No Room-Level Price Differentiation
Hotel revenue management systems operate at the property or room-type level. Individual room quality, including view, noise, proximity to amenities, and floor position, is invisible to pricing engines. Identical room-type rates mask enormous variance in actual room quality, leaving significant revenue unrealized.
Travelers Have No Quality Benchmark
Booking platforms show photos selected by hotels for marketing purposes. There is no independent, objective assessment of what room 412 is actually like relative to room 417. Travelers cannot pay for what they want because the data does not exist at booking time.
A Structural Data Gap
While airlines sell every seat with granular pricing, window, aisle, exit row, premium economy, hotels have never built the data infrastructure to do the equivalent. The data gap is not a product problem. It is a foundational infrastructure problem. We built the foundation.
Two Products. One Platform.
RoomView operates two distinct but connected products. RoomRank is the guest-facing transparency layer, scoring every room by view quality. View Value is the hotel-facing revenue tool, translating those scores into pricing intelligence.

Early Validation & Momentum
Our Competitive Moat
Proprietary Floor Plan Data
We have assembled the largest structured database of hotel floor plan schematics in existence, including room positions, adjacencies, structural elements, and spatial relationships that no competitor has at scale. This dataset took years to build and cannot be purchased or scraped.
Room-Level View Scoring
Our computer vision and geospatial pipeline processes room-facing views from multiple data sources, classifying view quality, obstruction, floor elevation, and orientation for individual rooms. The result is an objective view quality score no human reviewer could produce at this scale or consistency.
Real-Time Pricing Engine
View Value Pricing translates RoomRank scores into revenue management recommendations that update with market demand signals in real time. The engine learns from booking behavior across our network of hotels, continuously improving its price elasticity models for each room quality tier.
Guest Behavior Analytics
Every user session, room comparison, and booking action in our system contributes to a feedback loop that no competitor can replicate from scratch. We understand how travelers weigh view quality against price premiums, which room attributes drive booking conversion, and where hotels are underpricing relative to actual demand.
